CST-R Celebrates MathSci Day

Thomasians joined the Math and Science Month Culmination program held at the CST-R Quadrangle on September 29, 2017.
Selected students from the 7th grade to the 10th grade who have excelled in their class joined the Quiz Bowl to accentuate the day of learning.
A variety of games were played with students solving the Rubik’s Cube as one of the most notable ones. The 10th graders also won a Miniature Making Contest by constructing a miniature version of the Eiffel Tower of Paris.
The event also featured a contest in which the contestants portrayed famous mathematicians and scientists. Eladyo Jayawon who portrayed Aristotle won the said contest.
The day aimed to instill in the students a love for learning that should be put to heart by every learner.
