Colegio de Sto. Tomas Recoletos, Inc, intensified efforts to provide the Grade 12 students, prospective first batch of the K to 12 program, with the necessary tools for the real world.
A Career Week with the theme “Explore, Plan and Research for the Future” was held last November 20-24, 2017 at the Cultural Center. This was organized by the school’s Student Development and Placement under the leadership of Ms. Ma. Nita v. Bolo.
Speakers from varying professions taught the undergraduates tips to pick the right course, to survive college life, to ace a future job interview and many more. Many well-established Universities and Colleges in the Negros Island also took part and were given the chance to advertise their school in the week long school campaign activity.
The culminating activity involved selected students from each strand walking in “The career and Costume Parade” with ABM-1 hailed as 1st Place.
